Gayatri leads operations at Amros Capital, keeping the firm’s day-to-day work running smoothly behind its investment and advisory activity.

She oversees coordination across investor and partner engagements, manages documentation and internal processes, and makes sure timelines and commitments are met. Her work gives the leadership team the structure it needs to move from conversation to execution with discipline.

With a strong sense of organisation and an eye for detail, she builds the systems and processes that help Amros scale with consistency.

A venture architect and angel investor, Madhu combines product engineering, go-to-market execution and cross-border capital to build companies grounded in sound unit economics and real assets.

His portfolio spans deep tech, EV mobility and industrial systems, and includes companies that have filed for IPO. Madhu works hands-on with founders to shape the product, open enterprise revenue channels and build technical advantages that institutional investors can back.

He also founded the Anti-Entrepreneur Programme, which helps founders move from survival to scale by focusing on fundamentals and readiness for institutional capital.

At Amros, he connects Indian deep-tech innovation with investors in the Middle East and Europe.

Roopa works closely with investors and leadership teams on capital strategy, investor relations and expansion. She helps businesses define their capital needs, position themselves for the right investors and grow with discipline.

Her experience spans capital raising, market entry and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. She has partnered with institutional investors, private equity and venture capital firms, family offices and high-net-worth individuals to structure and deploy capital.
